The role you’ll contribute:

Maintains the grounds in an attractive, safe and sanitary condition. Provides grounds maintenance in all seasons. Performs a wide range of routine landscaping maintenance tasks using hand or power tools or equipment.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

Performs landscaping of grounds as scheduled and needed

Evaluates and reports conditions that detract from the safety or aesthetic value of the premises

Removes debris and takes care of hazardous conditions. Assists contractors/vendors with on-site events or maintenance

Maintains all irrigation systems and notifies the Facility Manager of any major system problems

The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed :

Minimum qualifications :

High School Grad or Equiv and 1 years experience

Preferred qualifications:

degree or Technical degree in a related field, or combination of High School degree and related experience

Two years of technical experience
