**Job Title: Groundskeeper** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain the landscape around a major hospital. The role involves general upkeep such as weeding, mowing, plant care, and operating equipment and power tools. Candidates should have at least 1-2 years of experience in residential or industrial settings. This is a temp-to-hire position with work hours from Monday to Friday, 7am - 3:30pm. **Responsibilities** + Conduct general upkeep of landscape around the hospital. + Perform weeding, mowing, and plant maintenance. + Operate equipment and power tools for groundskeeping tasks. + Handle building repairs, painting, patching, and drywall finishing/hanging. + Prepare surfaces for painting and carry out paint jobs. + Engage in construction-related tasks as needed. + Maintain and operate irrigation systems. **Why Work Here?** This is a long-term opportunity with a major hospital, offering stability and the potential for permanent employment. **Work Environment** The position is based in a hospital facility.
