You’ll thrive in an environment that supports innovation, is committed to ending racism and supporting diversity, equity and inclusion, and provides the resources you need to succeed. **Responsibilities** The Summer Employment Opportunity Program (SEOP) provides temporary summer employment opportunities to children, step-children and spouses of Mayo Clinic employees enrolled in a college degree granting program of study, and is intended to help supervisors accommodate employee vacation requests when seasonal work volumes are high. Responsible for maintaining the grounds of Mayo properties in a manner that promotes safe conditions litter-free, lush turf, beautiful flowers, and other plants during growing season. Also, responsible for snow removal and ice control during winter months. Performs daily maintenance checks on grounds equipment, interacts professionally with patients, visitors, contractors, and Mayo Staff. Cleaning of equipment rooms, fan rooms, incinerator, etc. Works independently and needs minimal direction. Responsible for following appropriate procedure when maintenance requires clean-up involving bodily fluids. **Qualifications** Must be the child, step-child, or spouse of a current Mayo Clinic employee.  Must be currently enrolled in a degree granting program.  Must be returning to college in the fall. Must be able to work a minimum of 10 weeks. Must be 18 years of age or older by the start of the program.
