Our comprehensive benefit package includes medical, vision, dental, paid time off, 403B, education assistance and more. + Daily Pay benefit available. **Minimum Qualifications:** + 1 year landscape maintenance experience preferred. + Experience working with small engine, motor mechanics, and irrigation repair preferred. + Must have active driving privileges. **What you will do:** + Candidate needs to know, understand, incorporate, and demonstrate the Organization's Mission, Vision, and Values in behaviors, practices, and decisions. + Ability to follow written/verbal instructions . + Completes all tasks under direct supervision of the supervisor or other department staff as assigned. + Performs duties so that instructions and procedures are followed and safety rules are observed. + Maintains turf areas using appropriate tools and techniques. + Cares for all gardens and flowerbeds by chemical and physical weeding; removes cigarettes and debris. + Prunes flowers, shrubs, bushes, and trees using appropriate tools and techniques. + Conducts routine maintenance on grounds equipment and fleet vehicles. + Operates snow removal equipment. + Reports any issues to Supervisor or upper level staff. + Writes work orders for repairs needed on equipment. **Highlights and Benefits:** When Saint Alphonsus takes care of you, you can take better care of our patients.
