**Job Title: Groundskeeper** **Job Description** We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Groundskeeper to join our team. The role involves working Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, primarily outdoors. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the exterior of the building, including picking up trash, pulling weeds, and ensuring the grounds are well-kept. Additionally, you will assist with light building maintenance tasks. **Responsibilities** + Maintain the exterior of the building by picking up trash and pulling weeds. + Ensure the grounds are visually appealing and up to standard. + Assist with light building maintenance tasks as needed. + Use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. + Communicate effectively and perform tasks that require talking or hearing. + Regularly lift and move up to 50 pounds. **Essential Skills** + Experience in landscaping and grounds work. + Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including walking, standing, climbing, and lifting. + General labor skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with building maintenance is preferred. + Ability to work independently and as part of a team. **Work Environment** The role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions. The job requires wearing appropriate attire for outdoor work and being prepared for physical activities. **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Baltimore, Maryland. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
