Schedule Details: Our Maintenance and Engineering Department operates 7 days a week. The work schedule will be the morning shift between 6 am-3 pm including weekends and holidays.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Perform routine and special general labor work assignments as directed. Maintain the property grounds including basic landscaping and overall cleanliness, using backpack blowers and pressure wash desks and other surfaces Transport and use of tools, materials, and supplies as required Remove trash, remove and reinstall trash dumpsters Remove dust, dirt, grease, and waste material from surfaces. Dig holes, ditches, and trenches. Maintain detailed record-keeping in English for logs and inspection sheets.
