Part-Time Grounds Person for Apartment Complex- Pay Rate: $16.50 per hour HOURS - 25 Hours per week, Monday thru Friday, 8AM-1PM, this is NOT a seasonal position - it is year-round. Job description: We are hiring for a part-time groundskeeper to work a total of 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to: + Weeding, Cleanup of branches and leaves + Shoveling/Salting in the winter months + Small amount of furniture and appliance moving as necessary + Clean areas around Dumpsters and in Basements + Pulling/removing old carpets and sweeping after + Understand MSDS sheets and safe work practices + Comply with OSHA, EPA, and DEC requirements + Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required: + Must have prior general grounds experience and basic mechanical aptitude + Must be reliable, dedicated, and trustworthy + Ability to lift at least 50lbs + Valid driver's license is required
