A Group, Conference, and Events (GCE) Executive will maximise revenue opportunities in the areas of group reservations, conferences and events by driving sales leads and increasing conversions.
\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nReceive and convert incoming enquiries to achieve targets and maximize revenue\nSeek opportunities to increase sales and conversions within the Team\nManage an events schedule to maximise yield\nFocus on a consistently executed up-selling approach\nBuild strong relationships with customers to fully understand their needs\nArrange and carry out Hotel show rounds\nEnsure the complete administration and execution of all planned events\nParticipate in hotel promotional activities\n\n\n
What are we looking for?
