Job DescriptionAs a Group Account Director at Klick, you’ll be a key collaborator with our VP Group Account Director, assuming a prominent leadership role within our Client Service team. Your mission is to be the driving force in understanding our clients intricate marketing needs, identifying untapped business opportunities, and spearheading innovative solutions that propel them toward success. 
In your leadership capacity, you’ll not only be a strategic thinker but also take financial responsibility for your assigned client(s) and brand(s), showcasing your prowess in crafting a roadmap for success.

Join us in the quest for authentic leadership and make your mark where true value thrives.Management and ExecutionManage overall portfolio/group of accounts, driving overall client successAbility to develop and manage a team of high-performing client service professionalsStrong financial acumen, inclusive of forecasting and budget/staff planning  Manage project execution to ensure processes are being followed and that projects comply with regulatory requirements Manage tight deadlines and exceed client expectations with attention to detail and flawless execution Review and manage project budgets under your direction to success Lead cross-functional teams in delivering programs Be action and solution-oriented at all times Ensure all communications reflect the Klick Health standards and assist in developing a positive client experienceUnderstand the client’s business, industry, competitors, key drivers, environment, etcRelentlessly work to identify opportunities to bring value to our client’s businesses Articulate client’s brand objectives and ensure they are incorporated into recommendationsContribute to the development of the account plan for each clientExperience and Skills10+ years client service experience in the advertising industry5+ Years pharmaceutical/healthcare advertising experienceComfortable managing 8-12M+ in scope of business Experience working with multiple clients and brands or managing one large piece of business Experience building relationships with multiple clients at the Director/Sr. Director levelProven ability to grow client business Identifying client business objectives and account planningSetup, lead, and run client meetings, provide follow-up and recap notesIn partnership with Project Management, review and create scopes of workClient Feedback: Gaining clarity on changes/markups and communicating back to internal teams effectively. Strong presentation and communication skills is a mustAn understanding of marketing communications and regulations of the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry in the US  Comfort and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your workUniversity degree is required, MBA preferred Position RequirementsTravel: As needed travel to clients, mainly in the US and Canada Valid passport is requiredHybrid work environment,  two days a week in office required Thanks for reading and we look forward to hearing from you!
