Camping World is seeking a Group Accounting Manager to join our growing team.
The Group Accounting Manager will present the financial conditions of the Camping World RV Sales dealerships, develop and maintain internal controls necessary to safeguard business assets, and maintain accurate records. This position interacts with members of corporate management, local dealership management, accounting associates, and support staff.

Essential Job Functions:

Overall ownership of Financial Reporting for multiple dealerships. This includes income statement, balance sheet and other financial analysisMonthly closingAnnual BudgetsAccruals & DeferralsJournal EntriesBank ReconciliationsFloor Plan ReconciliationsAnalysis and tracking of balance sheet accounts (Prepaid, Inventory, liabilities Fixed Assets, etc.)Analysis and tracking of income statement accounts (Revenue, Cost, Expense, etc.)Train local office managers in accounting processesAnalysis and reconciliation of balances with other dealerships within the companyDevelopment of new processes, policies and procedures to transition to a professionalized accounting environment

Essential Job Skills:

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environmentLeadership and problem-solving abilityAbility to learn quicklyUndergraduate degree in Accounting5+ yrs experience in public or industry accounting is requiredIntermediate knowledge of MS ExcelExcellent Communications skills (Both written and oral)Knowledge of GAAPAttention to detailAble to handle a complicated workloadWillingness to travel on occasion (Travel should be minimal, but sometimes required)May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices

Pay Range:

$77,500.00-$116,275.00 Annual
