In this role you will be responsible for supporting the Associate Creative Director in creating and maintaining the creative vision for all assigned brands. You will have the opportunity to share in the leadership of the creative team and manage the day-to-day workload while mentoring and developing art directors(s). You will:
Responsible for and run a sleeve of the agency's business (several accounts). Help establish a creative vision and standards for their brandsProactively provide client on potential promotional opportunitiesDemonstrate thorough knowledge of assigned therapeutic categories as well as pharmaceutical marketing restrictions/requirementsIdentifying organic growth opportunitiesEssential Requirements:
5+ years’ healthcare advertising experience preferably in healthcareSolid understanding of the science and market dynamics of assigned brandStrong written and verbal communication skillsDesired Requirements:
Strong presentation and communication skillsStrategic and tactical experienceThe annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $140,000. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and / or individual performance.
