Minimum of 1 year experience providing executive level administrative support in a fast-paced capacity. 2. Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communications skills. | 1+ years of experience 3. Solid project-management and problem-solving skills. | 1+ years of experience **Responsibilities** **Role Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):** • Manage and maintain complex calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and time management for VP. • Prepare Expense Reports in a compliant and timely manner. • Responsible for daily calendar management, expense report submissions, and travel coordination (domestic and international travel), including on-the-ground logistics. • Work closely with the Business Management team on aligning Rhythm of the Business processes and operations with Leaders calendar and ensure tight coordination of commitments. • In coordination with the Business Operations team, plan events and offsites, including logistics like venue selection, meeting details, and material preparation. • Build an understanding of what is critical to the business, allowing you to make the appropriate decisions which impact the Leaders time. • Additional daily administrative tasks may be required as well. **Qualifications** **Required Qualifications:** • Minimum of 1 year experience providing executive level administrative support in a fast-paced capacity. • Excellent organizational, analytical, anticipatory, and written communications skills. • Ability to make independent decisions and to juggle multiple projects at once, in addition to dealing with ambiguity. • Solid project-management and problem-solving skills. • Must have a high level of integrity and consistently demonstrate a positive can-do attitude with the ability to maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive material with tact and professionalism. • Eager and able to work effectively under pressure with short time constraints and in relatively ambiguous and complex situations, as well as the ability to adjust direction in response to changing work situations. • Work collaboratively with administrative teammates within and outside the organization; in addition, build effective working relationships inside and outside group with varying levels of collaborators and accommodate working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals and groups. • Working experience with Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, OneNote • Working experience with internal Microsoft tools such as Employee Central, MyExpense, MS Travel, MyOrder, etc. a plus. • BS/BA degree preferred About ManpowerGroup, Parent Company of: Manpower, Experis, Talent Solutions, and Jefferson Wells ManpowerGroup® (NYSE: MAN), the leading global workforce solutions company, helps organizations transform in a fast-changing world of work by sourcing, assessing, developing, and managing the talent that enables them to win.
