Job Description

LIFE AS A GROUP CHARTER SALES EXECUTIVE 

Working within Charter Team, your main responsibilities would be to ensure that private charter flights are managed from initial enquiry, quotation, booking of aircraft to the completion of the charterBuild and maintain relationships with key travel bookers over your assigned client portfolioBuild and maintain relationships with operatorsAssist in growing operator database and ensure operator and fleet data is accurate and up to dateManage charter requests from clients in a timely mannerManage and communicate all booking changes as requiredCreate flight briefs and post flight reportsEnsure all flight bookings adhere to our legal and compliance guidelinesManage client and supplier invoicing requirementsAdhoc reporting requested by clientsDomestic travel may be required from time to time to visit clients and operatorsAssisting brokers with adhoc tasks from time to timeThe role requires flexible working hours. From time to time you may be required to work outside of standard business hours

THE TRAINING

We want to ensure you become the best salesperson possible and therefore have created a detailed 14-month training programme for all of our employees to follow before they go live and start actively selling! (4-6 months in the flight services training + 6 months broker training + classroom training in our London HQ) *Commission guarantee bonus from month 4

Qualifications

THE PERSON

Korean speaking is in advance Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential to coordinate with clients, operators and other stakeholdersCustomer Service: Providing exceptional customer service is a key part of the role, so interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude are importantOrganization: Coordinating private travel involves managing logistics, schedules, and details, so organizational skills and attention to detail are crucialKnowledge of Aviation: Some knowledge of aviation regulations, terminology, and procedures can be beneficialProblem-Solving: The ability to handle unexpected situations and resolve issues is important in this roleWorking under pressure: Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage tasks effectively and with a sense of urgencyComputer Skills: Proficiency in using software for charter bookings, communication, and data management is required
