-Position: Group Coordinator Lead

\n

-Shift: Second (2nd shift) 3PM –; 11PM

\n

-Pay $21.00

\n

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate may also possess the following skills: Lead, Supervisor, Production, Warehouse, General Labor, Forklift, Quality Control,Material Handler, Equipment Operator, Reach truck, Dock Stocker.

\n

-Lead and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within an assigned department of the facility to include: Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping / Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas.

\n

-This is a working-lead role. You will work alongside your team while being the initial point of contact for associates.

\n

-A minimum of 3+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks.

\n

-The role reports directly to the Supervisor and will be responsible for training associates, monitoring production, giving constructive feedback to the associates, providing training to new associates, and assisting the Supervisor to ensure highest customer standards.

\n

-Aminimum of 6 month’s experience operatingstand-up material handling equipment is required. This position requires safe and efficient operation of a stand-up Order Picker and Reach Truck and first preference will be given to applicants with this experience. Experience operating other material handling equipment such as Order (Cherry) Picker, Sit-down, Clamp, Electric Pallet Jack is also a plus.

Role Responsibilities:

\n\nMonitor and maintain quality control throughout the customization process from beginning to end.\nEnsure accurate checking, inspecting and/or counting of products for Customization Department.\nAuditing product and packaging/labeling to maintain highest level of product compliance and accuracy.\nVerify and reconcile inventory within the Customization department.\nThis position requires strong computer skills to include MS Outlook and Excel.\nPrior Quality or Inventory Control experience desired.\n\n

Role Purpose:

Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

Key Accountabilities:

Conduct training for new associates.Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.Monitor performance of associates within the work group.Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Required Education and Experience:

6-12 months warehouse experience6-12 months forklift operation experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent, preferredForklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
