We are currently looking for a Group Lead Coordinatorto join our 2nd Shiftteam!

\n

The Employee will be responsible for but not limited to

\n\nConduct training for new associates.\nMaintain legible and accurate records or logs.\nReview documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.\nMonitor performance of associates within the work group.\nOpen and/or close and secure the building as directed.\nReport unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.\nCommunicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.\n\n

WHAT WE OFFER:

\n\nWages at $20.75per hour (plus $1.00 shift differential) with an annual increase possible\nEligible for production and attendance bonuses\nWork Monday - Friday from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM schedules\nWeekly pay available\nOvertime available based on customer volume\nExcellent medical, dental, vision, and prescription\nPaid Time Off (vacation & holidays) available day one\n401(k) with a generous company match\nTuition reimbursement program\n\n

WHAT WE SEEK:

\n\nAvailable to train for the first two weeks on our first shift schedule (Monday - Friday 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM)\nPrevious Group Lead Coordinator experience and Forklift experience for the machines listed below:
PC = ELECTRIC PALLET JACK 17
SP = ORDER PICKER 7\nMust be detail-oriented, and a team player\n\n

Role Purpose:

Responsible for assigning work schedules, training associates and monitoring associate progress for the work group they are directing. Provides day-to-day direction and guidance to work group. Responsible for daily workloads.

Key Accountabilities:

Conduct training for new associates.Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.Monitor performance of associates within the work group.Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Required Education and Experience:

6-12 months warehouse experience6-12 months forklift operation experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent, preferredForklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred
