This dynamic role involves developing strategies for new markets, assisting with special projects, and contributing to the success of the entire department. Responsibilities: Drive sales growth through proactive guest outreach and by fostering strong client relationships. Identify and pursue new leads while maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients. Develop and implement strategic growth initiatives for challenging markets and new restaurant openings. Provide support by stepping in for Special Event Managers during high-volume periods or vacancies. Collaborate on special projects to drive department-wide success. Become well-versed in all FRC concepts to effectively sell the unique event offerings of each brand. Oversee competitive analysis, staying informed on current event trends and industry standards. Stay updated on industry trends, convention cities, and large-scale event opportunities. Assists with tracking all department Opentable event surveys. Qualifications: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and motivational abilities. Skilled at sales building and nurturing relationships Ability to excel under pressure and maintain high standards. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills. High initiative and results-driven approach to tasks. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and OpenTable. Restaurant and/or catering experience preferred. Strong conflict resolution skills with a professional demeanor. Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends. Dedication to providing excellent customer service.
