In this role, you'll lead educational groups, foster therapeutic discussions, and provide vital support to our clinical team. You'll create and deliver engaging presentations, facilitate meaningful group discussions, and document client progress while maintaining a safe and supportive environment for all participants.

Lead engaging educational groups and facilitate therapeutic discussions that promote recovery and personal growthCreate and present impactful educational materials that enhance client understanding and participationFoster a supportive, respectful, and culturally sensitive learning environment that encourages open dialogueCollaborate with clinical team members to evaluate and communicate client progressDocument client attendance, participation levels, and group summaries in the Electronic Health Records (EHR) systemMaintain high standards of service delivery in accordance with agency policiesMonitor and ensure client safety while promoting positive therapeutic outcomesParticipate in ongoing professional development and adult education trainingEducation, Experience, and/or Credential Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in social work, counseling, psychology, psychiatric nursing, or a closely related field from an accredited college or university ORHigh School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma with two (2) years of responsible employment historyMay be required to apply for Missouri Associate Alcohol Drug Counselor (MAADC) credentialAdditional Qualifications:
Must possess a valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and current auto insuranceSuccessful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, abuse/neglect and fingerprint checkStrong group facilitation and public speaking abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and professional boundariesMust demonstrate intellectual vigor and effective presentation of clinical subject matterPhysical Requirements:
