The Developmental Disabilities Residential Services Program is seeking Group Home Director, Respite Services for a new residential program located in Sudbury, MA.
What You Will Bring:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Services, or a related, required
Proven experience and ability to lead a team with at least 2 years of supervisory experience at a Residential home supporting the developmental disability population.
You are empathetic, and you are a positive mentor and role model.
You will be able to build, train and grow a solid team of dedicated employees.
You have solid computing skills and you have committed to acting with integrity
What You Will Do:
In the position, you will supervise staff, and ensure that the highest level of service is provided to our residents.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire house and managing responsibilities including – care, budgeting, supply shopping, scheduling and more.
You will hire, train and mentor new a team of new hires.
You will work your choice of one of the following two schedules (1) Tue-Sat 10 am - 6 pm; OR (2) Sun-Thurs 10 am - 6 pm
