What You’ll Do:
Our Group HR internship offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in key HR initiatives, from recruitment and onboarding to developing training programs and supporting HR systems. You’ll contribute to impactful projects that shape the workplace culture, improve employee engagement, and streamline HR processes, while gaining valuable skills in communication, data analysis, and project management. With exposure to HR best practices and the chance to work across departments, this internship provides a meaningful foundation for anyone pursuing a career in HR.
What You’ll Need:
Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related fieldRelevant coursework in HR management, organizational behavior, or employment lawFamiliarity with HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS systems, Microsoft Office Suite)Familiarity with HR practices and employment lawsStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to manage various HR tasks and projects with attention to detail and accuracyAbility to build positive relationships and work collaboratively with a diverse teamUnderstanding and commitment to maintaining confidential and sensitive employee informationInitiative and eagerness to contribute to HR projects and tasksExcellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills Ability to effectively communicate issues and solutions to all levels of the team Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsCompensation:
$19.00-$22.00 per hour, commensurate with relevant experience and educational backgroundWork Hours/Length of Program:
The internship will run for 12 weeks from May to August Temporary Part/Full Time, targeting 40 hours per week Exact start and end dates are flexible based on school schedules and the needs of the business This is a paid internshipWorking Conditions and Physical Demands:
This position is based in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility and involves working in a manufacturing environment/general exposure to a manufacturing environment. The environment may involve exposure to noise, temperature fluctuations, or other factors. Employees are required to abide by PPE guidelines when onsite.
Successful completion of a drug screening and a physical exam are required for this role This position involves regular walking, standing, sitting for extended periods of time, hearing, and talking. May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, or crouching. May involve close vision, color vision, depth perception, focus adjustment, and viewing computer monitor for extended periods of time.
