Description

The Group Inventory Control Analyst will manage the Inventory Control personnel and the inventory activities across all facilities within the organization. This position will be responsible for tracking systems, analyzing stock levels, forecasting, and coordinating with other departments to ensure efficient inventory flow. This position has a key role in inventory audits and will be involved in implementing inventory management systems group-wide.

Manage group inventory portfolios and manage a team of inventory professionalsSet direction for inventory policies and procedures by working closely with Develop strategies to optimize inventory turnoverDevelop and execute inventory strategies that support the company’s financial and operational goalsProvide input in high-level decision-making regarding stockEnsures department goals are met and adheres to an approved budgetResolve escalated issuesResponsible for training and development of team membersPerform other duties as assigned

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is required (preferably Supply Chain)Certifications in Inventory Control Management are preferredMinimum 5 - 7 years work experience in a similar role, including inventory management and analysisExperience with WMS and barcode or RFID systems preferredExcellent understanding of inventory control conceptsStrong leadership skills, ability to learn and apply new conceptsExceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, problem-solving and analytical skillsExperience in hands-on implementation of inventory control management programs and solutionsStrong analytical, project, and product management skillsAbility to organize and plan the use of time and people effectively and efficientlyProficient with Microsoft Office

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
