Temp-to-Hire position$21.50 /hourFull Time work availableWeekend work requiredSecond Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:30pm to 01:45am)Supervise and direct the activities of Waste Management employeesEnsure compliance with safety guidelines and environmental regulations (OSHA, DOT, EPA RCRA)Conduct internal waste audits, assist with waste shipping, and help prepare reportsLead operational improvements and support the Group Leader in various functionsTrain and mentor staff, ensuring adherence to waste management processesGroup lead Qualifications:
High school diploma and 6 months of related experience.Proficient in MS Office and able to type efficiently.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in diverse environmental conditions.Knowledge of regulatory standards and willingness to travel when needed.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
