Our Client, an Automotive Manufacturing company, is looking for a Group Leader for their Spring Hill, TN location. Responsibilities: + Prioritization of workloads, managing team members (during break down situations) and, strategic planning. + They will be managing their own metrics such as safety, people, quality, responsiveness, and cost. + They will do their own payroll. Requirements: + Trying to get the most out of everyone while knowing that this is a product that everyone wants and needs. Making sure that the product will go through the long haul from a quality standpoint. + 2 years of some type of education. Can be in skilled trades, too. + 1 to 2 years of group leading experience in manufacturing + People leadership- managed a group of people and holding accountability towards them and others + Union experience working in manufacturing. + Example working in CNC experience and or tooling experience.
