Become a key part of our Electrical Solutions Business and lead the Mechanical Design team, focused on the advancement of next-generation heat pumps that pave the way to a greener future.
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Group Leader to lead superstructure and packaging projects. In this exciting role, you will drive cutting-edge innovations in heat pump design, support business and people development. For that you will lead:
Strategy Development - define the future modular strategy and architecture in alignment with the business vision and product needs;Team Leadership – guide and ensure the development of the team and their competences, as well as execute all HR related processes;Product Roadmap Improvement - define the roadmap of the modules to meet the portfolio requirements and to improve cost;Cross functional teams collaboration – ensure alignment and promote collaboration with stakeholders, such as the appliance development teams, purchasing, quality, manufacturing and industrial design.QualificationsWhat distinguishes you:
Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field;
Experience: Proven experience in leading a development team and mechanical engineering projects. Experience in driving organizational development and process improvement initiatives;
Knowledge: Good understanding of modular design and architecture;
Working Style: strategic, dynamic and structured work style with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to lead improvement initiatives and collaborate with cross divisional teams;
Personality: proactive and people oriented, with an empathic and assertive communication style. Interested in working in an international set up, with ability to adapt and influence;
Languages: very good knowledge and communication in English. Knowledge of German is a plus.
