Job Description
Globally responsible for preventive quality and release of purchased parts for 12V powernet and 48V battery
- Lead of the local team in Suzhou and Wuxi
- Plans and executes preventive quality activities with supplier and in alignment with PPSx for new parts in PEP projects & changes (ECR)
- Represents quality aspects for sourcing decision
- Is responsible for approval of purchased parts
- Steers concession process for deviations on purchased parts during release
- Responsible for maintenance of data in IT systems ( IQS, Pilum, ...) and drives data maturity and quality improvements
- Drives Lessons Learned process within PUQ
- Drives people development and Competence Management
- Drives CIP activities (e.g. process, collaboration, speed and efficiency)
QualificationsAssertiveness and resiliencePeople focus, team player and communication skillsSeveral years of professional experience in quality management, project purchasing, or manufacturingKnowledge of quality methods (e.g., APQP, FMEA, MSA, PPAP)Fluent in English, both spoken and writtenWillingness to travel domestically and internationallyInternational cultural competenceInterest in cross-functional collaborationProblem-solving skills, e.g. shaininExperience with Bosch purchasing processes is an advantageKnowledge of SAP or QS-STAT is an advantage
