HiredScore provides deeply integrated AI solutions to F500 recruiting, sourcing, DE&I, and talent management teams. We focus on supercharging our clients' existing tech stack rather than adding and/or replacing. Core AI products include compliant and bias-free candidate scoring for active applicants and automated sourcing of passive candidates from existing ATS, CRM, HCM, VMS and other internal systems.

HiredScore also offers a first-of-its-kind Diversity AI Module that is on the forefront of innovation in the DE&I technology category. At our Israeli site, we follow a hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home

About the Role

We’re looking for a group manager to lead our Program Implementation group as part of our growing Professional Services Team and to play a key role in managing clients and helping onboard new clients. The Program Implementation Group Leader, Oversees members of the team leads in order to help organize and prioritize overall work assignments of all projects, assist on client calls when needed, develop and update processes, and help manage escalated clients. A successful candidate helps ensure metrics are accurate, follow up on areas needing improvement, and celebrate team wins. This role is one of an emerging people leader, working on both tactical and strategic initiatives. You will gain experience working with HiredScore’s executive team, development and product teams, client success teams, and our client’s senior leadership.

Led the global teams of Project Implementation Managers while acting as a Subject matter expert on HiredScore products and implementation processes and escalation point of contactBuild a team, Including Hiring, Training, Mentorship, and development of new team leads & teams membersBuild strategic initiatives and present ideas/project status to senior leadershipIdentifying opportunities for further business & product development, or potential risks that could impede or slow the progress of implementation, notifying key stakeholders when neededSupport and guide the team in day-to-day operations, Client interactions, Attending client calls when needed, and an escalation point in all aspectsUnderstand clients' needs, and current workflows and design HiredScore implementation plan to address those needs, and offer creative solutions to implementations.Close coordination with cross-functional teams to prioritize and resolve highly complex business, integration, and clients related issuesWork with overall internal leads to address potential issues and risksWorking closely with Customer Success to ensure a successful transition of the accounts from the sales period to the launch, training, post-launch, and adoption period

About You

Basic Qualifications:

+6 years experience leading Global teams of Technical Project Managers/ Implementation Managers/ Professional Services ManagersStrong Leadership skills and ability to create engagement within the team and with the overall organizationStrong analytical skills are required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret and address client needs, Identify strategic areas, and build the future of Project ImplementationExperience working in a SAAS company selling to enterprise clients in a global environmentHands-on Experience in implementing SAAS products / Professional services in a Software Delivery environment including configurations, system integrations, etc.Demonstrated ability to handle day-to-day work challenges confidently; willing and able to adjust to multiple demands, shifting priorities, and rapid change. Must be resilient in the face of constraints, frustrations, or adversityThe ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders - executives, managers, users, and subject matter expertsExcellent verbal, presentation, and written communication skills in English.Ability to work with clients to resolve complex issues and address escalationsProcess-focused, with strong problem-solving ability - always looking for better ways to achieve a goalComfortable in a fast-paced process-focused environment, adept at problem-solving under pressure, Understand and be open to on-going changesAffinity for technology and deep understanding of software delivery lifecycle and project/program managementAvailability and flexibility to sometimes work US hours (e.g. evenings)

Other Qualifications:

A good understanding of current IT standards, applications, User Acceptance Testing, and trends - preferredFamiliarity with SQL/NoSQL databasesFamiliarity with ticket and knowledge management tools such as JIRA & ConfluenceIndustry knowledge of HR Tech IndustryAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
