The Group Product Director, Customer Experience Access Marketing is a core member of the brand team accountable for shaping demand, access, and fulfillment strategies for this highly visible new product launch. This position reports to the Director of Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
The GPD will be directly responsible for all aspects of the brand patient experience including brand education to patients, DTP/DTC advertising, and access and fulfillment pull-through. These responsibilities span two potential indication launches. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Lead development and implementation of patient marketing materials, including integrated DTP/DTC campaignsDevelop and implement patient education strategyDevelop and launch access pull-through materials and field communicationsDesign and implement a strategy to ensure successful and smooth administration experiences (in coordination with IPS and SCG)Partner with PECS to ensure alignment and consistency with brand strategy across all fulfillment materials and servicesPartner with SCG and IPS to provide brand input on key access deliverables (e.g., value prop, PIE deck, channel strategy, access readiness plan, pricing, advocacy strategy, etc.)Systematically diagnose access and fulfillment barriers and drive urgency in partnership with SCG, PECS, and IPS to address themProvide coaching, development, and day-to-day management of direct reportsJohnson Johnson Innovative Medicine is recruiting for a Group Product Director, Customer Experience Access Marketing- Immunology Autoantibody Diseases, located in Horsham, PA.

A minimum of 8-10 years of business experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a minimum of 5 years demonstrated marketing or marketing supportA strong track record of developing and driving marketing strategy.Inquisitive, with a strong analytical proficiency, and experience translating business insight into compelling commercial strategiesA demonstrated track record of garnering leadership support, driving to decision, and strong execution.Demonstrated ability to formally manage, coach, and develop direct reportsExceptional written and oral communication skills.Ability to work in Horsham, PA (3 days/week) and travel domestically up to 25%People leadership experiencePreferred:
