We're seeking a visionary Group Product Manager to lead the Marketing Analytics & Insights group within our Data Platforms organization. You'll spearhead the development of best-in-class data, analytics, and insights products, built on our robust customer data platform. By harmonizing data from across Intuit and third-party applications, you'll unlock the power of actionable insights that fuel business growth. As the Group Product Manager, you'll set a bold vision for the future of our marketing analytics and insights experiences. You'll lead and inspire a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. Your strategic roadmap will align with Mailchimp's overarching business goals and position us as the industry leader in marketing analytics platforms. This is a high-impact role that requires close collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams across Mailchimp and Intuit. What you'll bring Required Qualifications: + Proven Leadership and Technical Acumen: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (advanced degree preferred) and 8+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years in a leadership role. Demonstrated success in building and leading high-performing teams. + Strategic Product Vision: Deep expertise in crafting and executing compelling product visions and roadmaps, with a proven track record of customer-focused leadership and impactful results. + Data and Analytics Expertise: Extensive experience in data analysis, data visualization, and marketing analytics, with a deep understanding of the needs of marketers. + Exceptional Collaboration and Influence: Outstanding leadership, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams. + Results-Oriented Execution: Demonstrated ability to manage complex products, prioritize effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. + Deep Technical Understanding: In-depth knowledge of data infrastructure, data modeling, and analytics platforms, with experience leading teams supporting data-driven products. Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is New York $210,500 - $284,500, Bay Area California $217,500 - 294,500.
