What you'll be doing

Reporting to the Director, Product Management (Payments), the Group Product Manager will be accountable for championing the growth and end-to-end product management of digital payments product portfolio. The individual will lead the ongoing development and implementations of new products and services as well as support various payments initiatives and production activities. In addition, as a Group Product Manager, the individual will be responsible for the product strategy, roadmap, business case, P&L, marketing campaigns, while continuously manage and monitor key business metrics to optimize product growth, improve process efficiency and enhance client experience.

How you'll succeed

Product management - Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the payments portfolio, lead go-to-market activities, develop strategy & roadmap, identify emerging issues, support development and overall management of key metrics and continuously improve payment process to deliver the optimal client experience.

Analytical - Understand and interpret complex information, identify patterns and trends in new or strategic areas, and develop recommendations, often with minimal direction in order to respond to urgent business priorities.

Leadership - Well-developed management and leadership skills sufficient to achieve results within a matrix organization, including the ability to bring about change at a senior level.

Relationship management - Meet business objectives by managing relationships and working effectively with internal and external partners including Technology, Risk, Marketing and other lines of business, partners and vendors.

Who you are

You can demonstrate experience in business planning, business model and strategy development (5+ years). You also have in-depth knowledge of payments products. You have strategic planning skills sufficient to establish and co-ordinate complex assignments and projects which can be ambiguous in nature.
