Group Reservations Coordinator - Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace

The beautiful, family friendly Hilton Orlando Buena Vista Palace is seeking a full-time Group Reservations Coordinator to join their guest services team! This 1000+ room property is connected by pedestrian skybridge to Disney Springs® and offers luxury suites and amenities for magical vacations!

The ideal candidate is an excellent multi-tasker, can manage a heavy call volume, and has experience working in Front Office/Rooms.

Shift Pattern: 8-hour shift between 7AM - 11:30PM

\n

Pay Rate: $20.23

What will I be doing?

\n\nAnswer incoming guests calls, both internal and external; monitor multiple inboxes related to FIT bookings and group requests\nAudit OnQ PM for reservations accuracy, with attention to special requests, coding issues and billing requirements.\nReview actualized rooms for potential billing errors\nReview group pick up; assist in ensuring proper availability of room types/balancing as necessary using OnQ RNI\nAssists management/front desk operations by booking transient reservations \nInitiate and prepare reports, as well as assist with other administrative duties as needed\nPerform other duties as directed by the Director of Revenue, Director of Rooms or Director of Front Office\n\n

In addition to the performance of the above listed essential functions, this position may be required to perform a combination of the following supportive functions, with the percentage of time performing each function to be solely determined by the supervisor based upon the particular requirements of the company.
