\nLocated on Coronado Island just minutes from Downtown San Diego, this 28-acre property was built in 1888 and has over 750 rooms (to include cottages and villas), 65,000 square feet of banquet space, and 10 food and beverage outlets. This includes 4 restaurants, 2 bars, food truck, marketplace, ice cream shop, and in-room dining.

\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\nAs a Group Reservations Coordinator, you would be responsible for answering external/internal Hotel calls, returning e-mails/voicemails and assisting guests in booking reservations, all while providing superior property knowledge in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability.
\n\nProcesses group reservation information including rooming lists, suites, resumes and billing requirements\nCommunicates and verifies information between Meeting Planners, Housing Bureaus, Meetings and Conventions and Front Office.\nAnswers calls, returns e-mails and voicemails. Assists guest in booking reservations, by providing superior property knowledge.\nCoordinates and implements department activities and projects.\nAudits OnQ PM for reservations accuracy. Looks for special requests, coding issues and billing requirements.\nReviews actualized rooms for potential billing errors.\nReviews group pick up, assist in ensuring proper availability. Monitors and Charges, No Shows and Late Cancels daily.\nReviews and audits third parties and consolidate\nAssists management by booking transient reservations\nAttend group related meeting \n\n\nClassification: Full-Time
\nPay Rate: The pay rate for this role is $22.27-26.20 and *Available benefits may vary depending upon the classification and union status of the position.
\nShift: Monday - Friday, starting between 7-9am
