Managing data analysis projects from defining the project scope, creating timelines, allocating resources, and ensuring the deliverables are met on time. Collaborating with the cross functional teams including the business stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver data driven solutions.  Leading a team of data analysts and associated roles, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team’s success and professional development. Staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in data analysis and continuously improving processes and methodologies to enhance the effectiveness of data analysis activities.  Ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and company policies related to data handling analysis. Conduct timely reviews to ensure service quality, adherence to timelines and budgetary considerations

Educational Qualification:

A master’s degree in computer science, information management, statistics, or a comparable discipline is required. A solid foundation in statistics and practical experience with statistical software (such as Excel, SPSS, SAS) and mastery in data analysis languages including SQL, Python, and R is preferred. Experience with database and model design and segmentation techniques.

Experiences:

Minimum of 7-10 years’ experience in the field of Data Analysis or related field for mid-sized / large sized organisations. Experience of dealing with multiple stakeholders across levels– internal as well as external Preferable to have worked in an organization with diversified businesses.
