Role Purpose

As the Group Specialist in Learning Delivery, you will architect enterprise-wide learning strategies and guide their implementation to ensure scalable, business-aligned outcomes. You will be responsible for designing people, processes, and systems capabilities that drive our learning portfolio across the organisation.
 

Key Responsibilities Partner with the talent and learning community to define exceptional learner experiences and create detailed operational plans, including pre-, during-, and post-delivery routines. Design and implement learning delivery strategies that align with business needs and support the organisation’s goals. Over the development and continuous improvement of learning delivery policies, processes, and systems, ensuring scalability and efficiency. Lead the design, curation, and integration of learning journeys and portfolios, ensuring high-quality delivery and impactful learning experiences. Manage relationships with learning vendors, including selection, quality management, and performance evaluation. Provide advisory services on learning delivery, offering expertise in design, curation, integration, and vendor management. Build and lead a team of learning delivery specialists, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and client-centricity. Collaborate with the learning administration team to ensure effective execution and delivery of programmes. Develop and implement performance and impact measurement systems for learning delivery, enabling data-driven decision-making. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality management standards related to learning delivery. Drive change management and embedding strategies to ensure learning sticks and has measurable impact. Leverage emergent learning practices and market trends to innovate and continuously improve learning delivery.

  Qualifications and Experience B-Degree in related fields such as Business, Psychology, or equivalent qualifications in learning program delivery. 8-10 years’ experience in learning delivery, with expertise in multi-dimensional learning journeys. Proven track record in setting up and transforming learning delivery functions. Strong business acumen and industry knowledge, with a creative and strategic approach to learning delivery. Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with a passion for building inclusive and diverse teams.
