Group Supervisor
Description

The Group Supervisor will be responsible for up to 30-40 associates on their shift. The role will be to insure the associates are working their assigned production lines and carrying out all assignments requested by Mars Petcare. This role will be responsible for the performance and accuracy of work for their associates. Also will be required to communicate to Mars managers during shift. Heavy floor time and light administrative duties are required. Must have steel toe shoes to work at the plant. This position will report in to the SMX Operation Manager.

Must have at least 2 years of supervising experience of more than 10 associates.

The starting pay is $18.00/hr and goes to $18.75/hr after 90 days and then $19.50/hr after the first year.

Associate Requirements HS Diploma or GED Background Check Able to Lift 40 pounds Drug Test Stand for Shift Duration Must be at least 18 years old The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $18.00 - $18.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law.
