Transdev is hiring a Group Talent & Employer Branding Project Manager (M/F)
Your role :
Within the Group HR Teams, in the Talent department you report to the Group Talent Process Manager.
This
position is part of Transdev’s Global Talent department and you report the Group
Talent Process Manager. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to
promote Transdev’s culture and values through impactful employer branding and
talent management and your missions are:
Talent
Management Processes
- You will coordinate and monitor the Talent & Performance management processes, ensure the continuous improvement of processes within the Group (Annual Review, People Review & Career Review).
- Change Management & Operational Support: you will align communication, provide training, work closely with operational HRs.
- You will conduct regular communication with the talent management stakeholders globally to understand their needs, challenges with the respective processes.
Employer
Branding
- We
recently launched our new Employee Value Proposition and you will ensure
the follow-up of Employer Branding Campaigns and the cascading of our
global Group Employer Brand platform.
- You
will ensure the deployment and improvement of our Management Model

- You
will create engaging internal content with key HR stakeholders to drive
awareness and adoption on HR programs and showcase our company culture and
promote our employer brand.
- As
a strong team player, you will contribute to several transversal HR projects.
You will co-facilitate our Onboarding Program for Managers in France
(Trans’Days).
- In
this role, you will coordinate a network of Transdev brand ambassadors to
empower employees to share their experiences working at Transdev.
This international role offers
a global exposure and the chance to make a lasting impact on Transdev’s talent
strategy. As the main ambassador of Transdev Talent Management & Employer
Brand, you will identify and develop strong collaborations with all internal stakeholders.
