GROUP TOUR ESCORT

Boscov’s Travel is looking for a friendly and professional individual to lead group tours and provide its guests with exceptional tour experiences. 

In this role, you will be responsible for engaging passengers for the duration of the tour and understanding their expectations, sharing interesting facts about the tour and answering any questions they may have.  You’ll listen to passengers’ feedback, take notes and communicate with our office.  The Group Tour Escort is expected to present themselves and our company professionally with guests, suppliers and fellow associates.

Passion for working with a diverse range of people Passion for travel and the ability to communicate this passion Good communication skills both oral and written Flexibility, teamwork and leadership skills Problem solving skills including remaining calm in emergency conditions Good organizational skills with both groups and reporting functions A collaborative approach when working with colleagues
