Responsibilities
\nAs Groups, Meetings and Events Executive, you will support and coordinate all things related to these business segments by working closely with the events team and other departments. Reporting to the Cluster Groups, Meetings and Events Manager, the key responsibilities of this role are the following, but not limited to:
\n\nCustomer service and the event ambassador and point of contact \nHandle Event, Conference and Meeting administration and management\nOrganise Groups and Accommodation reservation\nClient management and business development including clients meet and greet and site inspections\nQuality Assurance\nInternal and external stakeholders' liaison\nProfitability and achieving sales targets\n\n\n
About You
\n\nHave full Australian Working Rights and preferably is physically in WA\nPrevious experience with groups, conference and event sales and coordination\nExcellent verbal, written and presentation skills with great attention to detail\nGreat salesmanship with a passion for success \nAbility to work under pressure at all times, manage competing priorities and meet deadlines\nA degree or certification in hospitality, tourism, event management or another relevant business field would be advantageous\n\n\n
