Job Description
We are seeking a Grower Accounting Supervisor for a local almond handler. This is a full-time position with an immediate opening. The role involves working with field personnel, generating purchase contracts and grower payments, verifying incoming crop information, and providing growers with harvest reports and statements. Additional duties include maintaining payment schedules, creating crop estimates, and reconciling information between two databases. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access, and basic accounting knowledge. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision and occasional overtime during the months of August to January.

The position is based in an office setting with standard hours from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with an early start being acceptable. Overtime and occasional weekend work will be expected during the season (August to January).
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $33.00 - $41.00
