Growth Analytics Advisor - Evernorth Health Services - Hybrid

Role Summary

The EviCore Growth Analytics Advisor will report to the Evernorth Business Analytics and Data Solutions Director and EviCore Sales Operation Leadership.  The candidate will ensure that EviCore Leadership and their teams have the insights necessary to operate effectively and efficiently.  They will function as a coordinator for designated reporting, analytics, and intelligence needs for the EviCore business.  Specifically, this role will fulfill needs related to sales and growth analytics and is 100% dedicated to supporting the EviCore book of business. This role requires the ability to: 1.) act as an internal partner to business leaders (sales, finance, operations) and 2.) independently leverage data analysis tools to build reports and dashboards.

This is a Hybrid role with 3 days/week in the office. The preferred location is St. Louis, Missouri. We would also consider Morris Plains, NJ for the right candidate.

Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for EviCore sales analytics and reporting needs and other analytic priorities as assigned.Support the development and maintenance of data dashboards for EviCore business groups. This involves iterating back and forth with sales operations, finance, and data science teams to bring dashboards to fruition.Ensure all reporting is developed and delivered in a way that is actionable (e.g. provides insights, trends, observations, etc.)Partners with EviCore Leadership to ensure the reporting results meet the needs of the organization to maximize results; Iterates to refine reporting as needed.Development and maintenance of a process to intake and prioritize reporting needs.Understand the current Evernorth analytic and reporting resources throughout the organization and utilize resources to meet identified data and reporting needs.Partner with other analytics or intelligence teams (e.g. competitive intelligence) to develop meaningful insights that drive EviCore growth.Partner with EviCore and other Evernorth business leaders to improve EviCore’s Salesforce data quality and integration into the Salesforce platform.

Qualifications and Competencies

Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree highly desirable.A minimum of 5 years of experience in the health services industry with substantial experience in business analytics.Required ability to develop reports or dashboards using data analysis tools, Tableau skills strongly preferred.Preferred to have experience with using data to create forecasts and/or identify trends in data.Strong relationship skills required: ability to build trusted, productive partnerships between business leaders and colleagues.Demonstrated ability to simplify complex data sets and distill actionable insights from the data.Demonstrated ability to work iteratively within a frequently changing business environment and persevere through areas of ambiguity.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and effectively collaborate and prioritize needs.Excellent writing, verbal communication, listening and presentation skills.A self-starter: demonstrated ability to take accountability for assigned tasks end-to-end (for example, willing to independently explore a business need/challenge, make recommendations on the appropriate analysis to solution for the business need, develop reporting, and deliver insights).Strong work ethic and a high drive and focus: demonstrated optimism and determination when facing challenges; ability to learn new processes
