Growth and Development Analyst - FedCiv

We have an exciting opportunity for a Growth and Development Analyst to join our team.

 

Essential Job Functions:

Research new business opportunities and support existing business Work to develop relationships with industry partners to develop teaming strategies Update the Harmonia CRM with active opportunities in pipeline Develop and carry out accounts and call plans Work along side delivery managers to identify new opportunities to expand presence at agency and components Research and develop an understanding of customer requirements and increase awareness of Harmonia’s capabilities Support a pipeline of qualified opportunities and develop detailed analysis of new opportunities Build out opportunity analysis within the company CRM Tool Generate reports from CRM Tool Support the capture process and assist the proposal team on all opportunities Support gate (bid/no-bid) reviews Support analyzing IDIQ/BPA Task Orders and coordination with partner companies on opportunities Research opportunities using CRM Tools such as GovWin IQ, BGOV Research and learn analysis on BETA.SAM.GOV, USASPENDING.GOV, DATA.GOV, etc. Support Proposal Development

 

Minimum Required Qualifications:

4 years of business development & capture experience Team Player capable of working within a collaborative environment. Self-starter who exhibits attention to detail and expert organization skills Experience with US Federal Civilian sector business development 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Knowledge and experience with Salesforce and GovWin  Fully capable of using MS 365 Office Suite Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint Strong customer service/client facing skills Excellent oral and written communication skills The ability to work well under pressure and to meet tight deadlines The ability to keep objectives and goals firmly in sight Excellent problem-solving, strategic, and tactical planning skills Account development & acquisition Target marketing & penetration Process, policy, and best practices formulation Ability to write and speak compelling proposal-quality prose and a demonstrated history of winning new work/closing deals IDIQ Task Order Capture Management 

Work Location: Must be able to travel in the DC/MD/VA area and work from the Harmonia McLean office 3 days per week.
