What the job involves:   

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our JLL Spark Growth team. As a key member of our team, you will be supporting the needs of our portfolio companies with internal stakeholders across all JLL business lines. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop expertise in the commercial real estate industry while contributing to the growth and success of innovative PropTech startups. 

 

As the JLL Spark Summer Intern, you will:   

Learn about and develop expertise in the commercial real estate industry 

Research and identify revenue-generating opportunities for portfolio companies within JLL and the broader commercial real estate industry 

Work with internal stakeholders to identify key strategic priorities 

Coordinate and execute strategic projects and portfolio support 

Develop and lead the execution of a new tech delivery and reporting process  

Create presentation materials for internal and external audiences for both strategic partners and Spark’s portfolio companies 

Coordinate and maintain metrics reporting for growth activities with portfolio companies 

  

Program Details:   

Dates:  June 2, 2025 – August 8, 2025 

Location: Boston, MA, New York, NY, San Francisco, CA, or Los Angeles, CA | Hybrid, In-Person 

Limited domestic travel expected 

  

Education, Skills, and Experience:  

Actively pursuing a bachelor’s degree in business or related field with a strong interest in commercial real estate 

Positive attitude, self-motivation, and collaborative 

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work cross-functionally across different operational groups 

Experience in a commercial real estate related role, potentially complemented by experience in areas where relationship management was critical (e.g. partnerships, corporate development, management consulting, etc.)  

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and project-manage key relationships 

Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative information 

Must be proactive and creative  

Demonstrated strong interest in emerging technologies like AI, data science, blockchain, sensors, etc.

Estimated total compensation for this position:

10,000.00 – 12,800.00 USD per year

The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data .
