In this role, you will be a senior member of the Central Area Leadership Team developing and implementing strategies to accelerate bookings growth across all sales channels.

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
Focusing on growth in the Area Upstream and Midstream Oil and Gas Market, Area Municipal Representatives, and day-to-day leadership of Emerson’s Dallas Impact Partner. Participate and contribute to all Central Area Leadership Planning Meetings and major Area personnel decisions. Work closely and collaboratively with Direct Sales Channels and Impact Partners in the Central region to drive incremental, profitable topline growth through the various Programs Work with the Area Vice President and be responsible for tracking, forecasting, and driving trade orders through the various programs Get results through performance metrics for long term goals around all BU & / or Platform driven programs in the Central Area The Sales Director may lead as Executive Sponsor or certain customer(s) in the Central Area with the intent to build customer advocacy and dedication which in turn drive tangible growth opportunities for Emerson Collaborate and drive the strategies to strengthen the relationships with all stakeholders (Direct Sales Channel, Impact Partners, End Users, EPCs etc.) with the intent to increase dedication and market participation, identifying new business opportunities within the various programs Participate in customer development activities such as trade shows, fairs, and conferences striving to promote the sale of new products, solutions, and services to the market Who You Are: You serve as a strategic partner to build, grow, and maintain profitable and long-lasting relationships with key accounts. You use knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions. You pursue everything with energy, drive, and the need to finish. For This Role, You Will Need: A Bachelors degree A minimum of 8 years of related sales and sales leadership experience Proven experience in leading and developing teams Valid driver’s license Legal authorization to work in the United States (sponsorship is not available for this position)Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
MBA A Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business Sales leadership experience in the industry The total target comp range for this position is $170,000 - $230,000 annually, commensurate with the skills, talent, capabilities, and experience each candidate brings to a role.
