About the role:

The Enterprise Growth department is expanding and seeking a driven and results-oriented Manager to join the team. This role is critical in driving client-focused growth strategies and supporting the development of high-quality deliverables that resonate with stakeholders.

Under the guidance of the Associate Vice President of Growth Enablement, the Manager will lead specific workstreams, combining strategic oversight and tactical execution. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership, problem-solving, and client engagement skills while fostering the development of junior team members. This role offers the opportunity to combine leadership, strategy, and execution to drive growth and deliver meaningful results for Premise Health and its clients.


Job Requirements:

Strategic Leadership:

oManage overall project goals and oversee assigned workstreams to ensure alignment with client and organizational objectives.

oProvide input into strategic recommendations and shape client-facing narratives grounded in both data and insights.


Workstream Ownership:

oDirectly lead individual workstreams, managing resources and ensuring tasks are completed on time and within scope.

oAct as the primary point of contact for internal clients and stakeholders, building strong relationships and facilitating effective communication.


Deliverable Oversight and Execution:

oCreate, review, and finalize high-quality client-facing deliverables such as presentations and proposals with minimal oversight.

oLeverage the content library, brand guidelines, and stakeholder input to craft clear, compelling materials that convey Premise Health’s value proposition.

oControl changes and versions, validate recommendations, and ensure accuracy and professionalism in all outputs.


Quality Assurance and Strategic Alignment:

oEnsure deliverables meet quality standards and align with broader project goals.

oSynthesize large amounts of information into concise, actionable insights for clients.


Mentorship and Development:

oServe as a player-coach, mentoring junior team members and fostering their professional growth through guidance, feedback, and support.

oProvide ongoing development opportunities for analysts to strengthen the team’s overall capabilities.


Resource and Project Management:

oCoordinate and optimize team resources within workstreams, addressing any challenges promptly.

oBalance multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a focus on high-impact initiatives.


Education:

•Bachelor’s Degree required; advanced degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) strongly preferred.


Experience:

•5+ years of experience in strategic consulting, account management, marketing, or sales support, ideally in the healthcare services industry.

•Demonstrated ability to lead projects, workstreams, or teams with a balance of strategic and tactical responsibilities.

•2+ years of experience managing client relationships, developing deliverables, and contributing to business growth.


Knowledge and Skills:

•Proven ability to craft and deliver external-facing materials (e.g., proposals, PowerPoint presentations, client pitches) that are compelling, accurate, and aligned with strategic objectives.

•Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect data and insights into cohesive recommendations.

•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and working knowledge of Excel for data visualization and interpretation.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to synthesize complex information into actionable insights.

•Exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.

•A collaborative team player with an entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for continuous learning.
