Growth Leader, Professional Services

We’re looking for an experienced and driven Growth Leader, Professional Services to spearhead strategic revenue initiatives, build influential client partnerships, and deliver high-value IT solutions through Staff Augmentation and SOW engagements. This role is key to solving complex business challenges and working directly with top decision-makers to position our services as the solution of choice for their most pressing needs.

Job Responsibilities

Business Development: 

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with client’s staff augmentation needs through SOWBuild strong relationships with key client decision-makers to protect and expand business.Leverage a network of contacts for deal acceleration and partnership development.Lead SOW negotiations and collaborate with branches to deliver client talent resources.Proactively generate new business and anticipate client needs for future projects.Meet revenue and customer satisfaction targets while staying updated on industry trends.

Technology

Ensure CRM is the single source of truth for all sales informationUpdate and maintain information in CRM and propriety database to company standards

Compliance: 

Ensure all business is undertaken in accordance with standard Company policies, procedures, and systemsResponsible for accurate completion of all required reports and activity tracking

Leadership & Support:

Support and motivate billable consultants to ensure optimal performance and lead generation for future SOW workLive and demonstrate the values of the company and the GROW guiding principlesBe professional in all interactions and represent the best interests of the Actively participate and collaborate in company projects and initiatives to meet corporate goals and strategy Proactively discuss process improvements, ideas, and solutions. 

Qualifications

High School degree or equivalentMinimum 10 of experience in IT services or consulting with a focus on SOW salesProven experience in a fast pace, metrics driven, detail oriented, working environment preferred
