The Growth Marketing Director will spearhead the development and execution of strategic marketing initiatives to accelerate growth across the enterprise. This role is essential for expanding our market presence, generating new business opportunities, and positioning PSSI as a trusted authority and preferred partner in the food industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, competitive B2B environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

\n

The Growth Marketing Director will develop and implement strategic approaches to accelerate customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across various digital platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of performance marketing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive sustainable growth and optimize marketing efforts. Job duties include:

\n\n\n\nMarketing Strategy & Leadership:\nDevelop and implement an integrated B2B marketing strategy aligned with the company's business goals.\nGuide and mentor the marketing team to ensure successful execution of campaigns.\nEstablish KPIs and track performance metrics, optimizing strategies based on data and insights.\nCollaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and strategies.\nLead Generation & Demand Generation:\nDesign and execute lead generation programs using inbound and outbound marketing strategies.\nImplement account-based marketing (“ABM”) tactics to target high-value customers.\nDevelop email marketing, content marketing, and digital campaigns that nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.\nMarket Research & Competitive Analysis:\nConduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.\nProvide insight to refine product positioning and drive new product development.\nMonitor competitor activity and adjust marketing tactics as necessary to maintain an advantage in the market.\nSales Enablement & Execution:\nPartner with the sales team to create seamless alignment between marketing efforts and sales goals.\nEstablish lead scoring, nurturing programs, and a feedback loop to optimize results.\nEquip the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and case studies that effectively communicate our value proposition and close deals faster.\nDrive sales campaigns and incentives to accelerate new customer acquisition.\nInnovation:\nTogether with R&D and engineering develop new products and offerings that help solve customer problems or enhance experiences.\nCollaborate with R&D and finance through a gate process to validate technical feasibility and commercial success of new products and offerings.\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Management:\nCollaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to marketing and customer engagement.\nClosely collaborate with the marketing & communications team on digital marketing and brand building initiatives (e.g., Industry events).\nPresent marketing strategies and results to the executive team and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n\nYOUR MUST HAVES:\n\n\nMust be 18 years of age or older.\nBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.\n7 or more years of experience in B2B marketing, with a track record of successful marketing leadership.\nProven success in a senior B2B marketing role, with a strong emphasis on driving business growth and measurable results.\nStrong understanding of digital marketing, inbound marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM).\nStrong data analytics skills, with a track record of using insights to drive revenue and optimize performance.\nExceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience leading and scaling marketing teams.\nA passion for growth and an entrepreneurial mindset that thrives in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.\nHands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce).\nProficient in MS Suite Tools (Excel, PPT, PowerBI).\n\n\n\n

WHAT WE PREFER YOU HAVE:

\n\n\n\nMasters of Business Administration (“MBA”).\n\n\n\n

OUR ENVIRONMENT:

\n\n

This is a hybrid role, partially based at the Corporate Headquarters, combining time in a traditional office setting with remote work from your professional home office. You will be expected to work on-site at minimum three days a week. The position requires sitting for extended periods of time while working on a computer.
