The role

We're seeking a talented Growth Marketing Manager to help fuel our rapid expansion in EMEA. In this high-impact role, you'll be instrumental in driving pipeline growth for our Alts and Banking lines of business. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing (EMEA), you’ll work on an agile B2B growth marketing team tapping into your creative and strategic marketing skills as well as your analytical skills to execute multi-channel acquisition and retention marketing aimed at aggressive performance targets.

What you’ll do

Develop and Execute Integrated Marketing Campaigns:Craft and implement integrated marketing programmes that align with the buyer's journey, from awareness to conversionLeverage a mix of inbound and outbound tactics, including digital advertising, email marketing, content marketing, social media, and eventsCollaborate with sales, product marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution and achieve shared goalsDrive Pipeline Growth and Sales Acceleration:Generate high-quality leads and accelerate sales cycles through data-driven marketing campaignsUtilise MarTech data and analytics tools to optimise campaign performance and maximise ROIWork with GM Director on ABM strategies to engage high-value accounts and drive revenue growthLocal Market Expertise:Identify and execute localised marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and drive demand in specific regionsWork closely with regional teams to tailor messaging and content to local audiencesStay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing. Experiment with new tools and tactics to improve conversionPartner with key industry organisations to build strategic relationshipsMeasure and Optimise:Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaignsAnalyse campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and optimise future efforts.Regularly report on marketing performance and provide actionable insights.
