The Crown Is YoursAs a Senior Growth Marketing Associate, Influencer Partnerships, you'll work in a dynamic environment, drawing on your marketing background to launch innovative influencer and integrated media campaigns. You'll play a crucial role in the Growth Marketing team, overseeing influencer media campaigns to promote DraftKings' Daily Fantasy Sports and Sportsbook products.
What you’ll do as a Growth Marketing Senior Associate, Influencer PartnershipsAssist in driving efficient new customer acquisition via Influencers and Integrated Media partnerships.
Support media execution strategies with some of the largest Influencers while upholding DraftKings’ focus on regulatory compliance
Cultivate strong, meaningful relationships with major media partners and external collaborators, prioritizing the mutual success of the partnerships
Aid in media planning, balancing budgets, and efficient media flighting.
Review creative elements to ensure delivery meets Marketing best practices and correctly represents the marketing promotion.
Coordinate cross-functionally with Paid Social, Brand Marketing, Ad Sales and Audio teams to ensure all stakeholders are informed with the goal of identifying synergies.
Be a key stakeholder for the sports calendar to ensure all parties are aligned to timely delivery of marketing assets.
Analyze creative performance for cross-functional stakeholders and collaborate with the Marketing Analytics team when deeper insights are needed.
What you’ll bringBachelor's Degree in Marketing or a related field and at least 2 years of experience in a Marketing, Partnerships, or Brand Activations Role.
Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and insights based on a set of data.
Ability to effectively communicate internally and externally, sharing key learnings with the larger team.
Ability to think of new and unique marketing campaigns that have never been done before.
Well organized and great attention to detail with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, often under challenging time constraints.
Willingness to work autonomously to identify solutions to potential problems.
Familiarity with DraftKings Sports (Daily Fantasy, P6, and Sportsbook) products is a plus

The US base salary range for this full-time position is 70,400.00 USD - 88,000.00 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our ranges are determined by role, level, and location.
