We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Growth and Operations Leader – Digital Subscription Retail Sales to oversee digital subscription retail sales growth in the connected vehicle space across multiple channels. This role is critical to scaling our digital subscription business by optimizing sales operations, driving growth initiatives, and enhancing the overall retail customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in scaling digital subscription businesses, coupled with expertise in retail sales, connected vehicle technologies, and operational excellence. This role blends visionary thinking with operational rigor to accelerate growth, improve customer retention, and ensure seamless execution across all channels. You’ll be a critical driver of our success, overseeing planning, coordination, operations, and performance management.
