Position Summary:
The Growth Strategy Specialist is responsible for supporting the Director of Growth Strategy in the development and implementation of projects as well as driving process improvements related to existing growth initiatives and operations. They will participate in cross-functional work across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Risk, Data Strategy, and Legal.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the Director of Growth Strategy in the development of a forward-looking initiative road map including program development, program enhancements, and business case developmentWork with stakeholders and business owners to identify opportunitiesIdentifying and prioritizing growth opportunities and initiatives.Preparing reports and presentations to communicate opportunities and program performancePreform ongoing business results monitoring and reporting (Weekly/Monthly)Analyzing customer insights, industry trends, and various reporting to understand market needs and competitor activitiesPerform quality control and testing of process and program changes / enhancementsDevelop insight driven short-term action plans, to ensure program growth and success Support program updates and launchesSupport incentive programs while working with various departmentsCultivate and manage cross-functional relationships with various parts of the businessCommunicating growth strategies, goals, and program details to the field and leadersDevelop a strong understanding of customer & conduct ongoing activities that promote the improvement of the Customer Experience i.e. policy and procedural changes, escalation management
