Position Summary:

The Growth Strategy Specialist is responsible for supporting the Director of Growth Strategy in the development and implementation of projects as well as driving process improvements related to existing growth initiatives and operations. They will participate in cross-functional work across Marketing, Sales, Operations, Finance, Risk, Data Strategy, and Legal.

Your efforts and support will have a direct and immediate impact on the company’s success. Key Responsibilities:  

Support the Director of Growth Strategy in the development of a forward-looking initiative road map including program development, program enhancements, and business case developmentWork with stakeholders and business owners to identify opportunitiesIdentifying and prioritizing growth opportunities and initiatives.Preparing reports and presentations to communicate opportunities and program performancePreform ongoing business results monitoring and reporting (Weekly/Monthly)Analyzing customer insights, industry trends, and various reporting to understand market needs and competitor activitiesPerform quality control and testing of process and program changes / enhancementsDevelop insight driven short-term action plans, to ensure program growth and success  Support program updates and launchesSupport incentive programs while working with various departmentsCultivate and manage cross-functional relationships with various parts of the businessCommunicating growth strategies, goals, and program details to the field and leadersDevelop a strong understanding of customer & conduct ongoing activities that promote the improvement of the Customer Experience i.e. policy and procedural changes, escalation management

 
Qualifications:  

Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field such as Business Administration / Management or relevant field2+ years in growth, product, marketing, operations, or related business experienceExcellent organizational skillsAbility to adapt and pivot when new found information warrants a change in strategy or approachComfortable presenting to various levels of leadershipStrong experience using software programs to analyze data and visually present findings (i.e. excel, tableau)Strong project management skillsPrevious experience in business process outlinesExperience in home services sector is an assetAbility to track, measure and present results of implemented program changesAbility to process map, troubleshoot processes, and design new business processesExceptional verbal & written communication and presentation skills to multiple audience typesComfortable sifting through large amounts of data to report on findings and uncover insightsDemonstrated ability to collaborate with diverse cross-functional teams to achieve resultsIntellectually curious with a strong desire to solve complex problems
