What You'll Do
Working collaboratively with the Global Capabilities and Programs (“GCP”) Functional Finance team, this position will provide the team with support on key finance topics, which will include:
• As a close business partner to multiple functions throughout the organisation, you will act as SME on all elements of FTE and compensation management, including creation of communications & presentations for Global Services leadership.
• Responsible for leading all FTE & compensation reporting, as well as the end to end process each month end you will deliver comprehensive, accurate, and timely management reporting to the Global Services Finance & Accounting and Functional Finance team.
• Create insightful analysis to allow stakeholders to understand performance drivers to proactively highlight risks, issues and opportunities for improvement.
• Deliver transformational improvements to the end to end process and system to support more efficient business decision-making and analysis for resource management.
• Partner with the Planning Lead to ensure an effective and co-ordinated budget planning and forecasting approach for FTE and compensation of all global functions, ensuring alignment of functional plans with overall plan parameters and full understanding of reasons for variance.
• Provide scenario modelling, analytics and business support to leadership with respect to strategic business decisions regarding headcount.
What You'll Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
• 5+ years relevant work experience in a Finance environment
• Advanced Excel skills and experience managing high volume data sets
• Intermediate Alteryx workflow and Tableau dashboard building skills

This role will fit within the Functional Finance team, with team members located primarily in Boston, London, and New Delhi. They are a diverse group of experts, operators and specialists representing all levels who integrate and collaborate with their teams across the globe.
