BGSV - Bosch Global Software Technologies Limited 100% owned subsidiary of Robert Bosch GmbH. BGSV has started its operations from 19th October, 2010 at E-Town2 in HCMC. This engineering development center will be engaged in developing embedded systems and software, mechanical design and simulation, and will provide IT (SAP Consulting, JAVA Development….) and Business Services (Finance and accounting, Economics, Purchasing, Logistics, Translations Japanese-English-Japanese, Information Security ) solutions to the Bosch group of companies globally.
Job DescriptionManage and conduct the daily tasks in travel booking ();Provide travel booking guidance, input and support for recurring topics and for project-specific tasks, including but not limited to:Ensure global end-to-end process standards Global Business Blueprint when preparing for Local Business Blueprint with deep knowledge on local processes and legal requirements;Support evaluating local requirement and requirement definition, provide transparency and impact for travel booking changes and testing for change requests in Bosch official platforms (e.g. bTravel);Consult and support Travel to Expense management in the further development of the process landscape and processes for travel booking;Conduct and steer functional testing in relevant IT tools on country-level;Initiate tool and process improvements and evaluate legal requirements (Travel to Expense internal and external);Act as quality gate for process adjustments for Change and Release related to the Travel to Expense Service Strategy;Take over accountability for country-specific Change & Release handling;Provide Change & Release related process information to country / end-users for knowledge transfer and communication.Act as a point of contact for Travel to Expense stakeholders and relevant Bosch parties.QualificationsAdequate functional knowledge in the travel booking processes (including travel agency, GDS, airlines, payment solutions etc.)Global mindset and representation of company-related interests;Strong communication and networking abilityable to steer the discussions with various travel requirementable to steer supplier performance based on SLAable to liaise with various suppliers, customers and other stakeholders like HR, Finance, IT team etcable coordinate with relevant stakeholders to analyze the impact of any change (technical , process related, compliance related, tax related etc)Self organization and continuous improvement, able to bring in process improvements and there by build in efficiency in the travel areaKnowledge of internal quality, risk and compliance management standards in travel booking;Profound knowledge of MS Office;Excellent command English and further languages if required, in verbal and written format.Additional InformationBenefits and Career Opportunities :
